1/2" Grip Frame
The following Hogue grips will fit Ruger New Blackhawk, Super Blackhawk Short Barrel (4.6" and 5.5"), Old Army, Vaquero and New Single Six models. These models are sometimes referred to as having XR3-RED grip frames. These frames have a width of approximately 1/2" across the backstrap and a small "ramp" that now fit models with or without the internal locking mechanism. Cowboy Action grips can be cut and sanded to fit Bird's Head style grip frames.
