Tulipwood - Light red to pink

Tulipwood - Light red to pink

Our fancy Tulipwood grip option is a rare treat – literally – as supplies of this hardwood are extremely limited. It’s rare enough that fine woodworkers typically use it only for inlays or small turned items. It’s a classic, high-quality Brazilian hardwood; very dense with a lovely figure. At Hogue, our craftsmen have used it over the years to create a variety of stunning, hand-crafted grips for revolvers and autoloaders. Tulipwood grips range in hues from light tan with subtle figuring to more dramatic and lively tones with light red swirl patterns. This gorgeous, rare hardwood feels great and looks fantastic on every type of handgun.
